Data Lab configuration problems

Recently set up Data Labs for a customer.  Data Labs version 15.11 hitting a Teradata 14.10 system. One data lab group was set up as private with named users having access to it. None of them, after logging into Viewpoint, can see the data lab group in their Data Lab viewpoint screens. Not sure what could be getting in the way of them seeing the Data Lab Group that they were named as having access under Private settings. Any thoughts?
