What is the "Exception Interval" Setting in Viewpoint.
What is an asynchronous Expection threshold and what is its use?
There are a number of areas in Viewpoint that deal with exceptions. Can you provide some context around what portlet/s this question applies to or if this is just a general comment.
I am unware of the areas in Viewpoint where Expection is dealt with.
Could ypu please let me know the various areas.

As mentioned, there is a bunch of places in Viewpoint that deals with exceptions / thresholds. These include customizing portlets to color highlight outliers (for instance, when System CPU exceeds 95%) or within the System Health portlet to change the overall status of system health. There are exceptions / thresholds as part of the workload management strategies as well as the alerting infrastructure (send email when the number of idle sessions exceed some threshold).
