NO DATA in Today's Statistics Portlet

NO DATA in Today's Statistics Portlet

Came in to work this morning and the Today's Statistics portlet is showing 'no data' for the columns 'Last Hour' and 'Since 12 AM Today'.

Have not seen this before. It's only reporting this way on our Production system... not on Development or QA.

Any suggestions for resolution?

Your Viewpoint Administrator should check for data collection errors in the Admin > Teradata Systems portlet. If you need assistance with resolving this issue please open an incident for the Teradata GSC.

Thanks, Stever. The first thing I did was check the Data Collectors. No alerts there. I may very well open the incident with the GSC.
