We are observing "no data" for Total Statistics Portal under Monitoring Tools in View point for one of our production Teradata servers .Why is it showing like this, even when we have ~ 4 PB of system space. Is there any way we can figure out if something is wrong and correct it?
I believe what you are asking is why it is reporting "no data" for the "Total Disk Space" metric in the "Today's Statistics" portlet within Viewpoint as there is no "Total Statistics" portlet. I would guess that you have an issue with your space collector on that system. Check Admin - Monitored Systems - Data Collectors to see if any are showing an alert.
Thanks gryback!I checked the data collector for Total Disk Space in View Point and it was not enabled, which is the reason why the value is showing as "no data" in today's stats portlet.
