Modify Database <database-name> As PERM = <new-value> [bytes] ;

<new-value> can be an integer or a floating point value.  For example, 1 Billion Bytes could be expressed as 1000000000 or 1E9.

Hi,

You can use Studio, Administrator perspective has a 'move space' command.

The Viewpoint 'space usage' portlet has a 'move space' capability.

If using SQL then you typically:

- CREATE DATABASE dummy FROM x AS PERM=nnn; (nnn is the amount of space to move)

- GIVE dummy to FREE_SPACE;

- DROP DATABASE dummy;

Repeat as required.

As @GJColeman the 'nnn' can be specified as a simple number or an abbreviated value: 1000000 = 1E6

Cheers,

Dave
