2801 Duplicate error

Hi,

We have production set table with UPI but while inserting duplicate rows into this table through bteq script  it allows only one record and ignores the other record whereas when we are are testing it in lower environment the our job is failing with 2801 duplicate issue.

Please help.

Thanks

Re: 2801 Duplicate error

Is there

Single-row operations should return 2801 due to the unique index violation (even if the entire row is duplicate).

Entirely duplicate rows should be quietly eliminated for multiple-row operations (e.g. INSERT/SELECT).
