There is a Teradata Query Scheduler product :
I've never used it though.
You can always write a small batch file and schedule it via cron or windows scheduler.
Note, though, that both SQL Assistant and Query Scheduler are being discontinued. TTU16.20 is the final release for both products.
We are currently using teradata 15 so once we move to version 16 then SQL assistent will not be available to us.
Could you please confirm.
Thanks for the details.
Basically i have to save text bteq script as .BAT file and then run it through windows scheduler at any time.
SQL Assistant is available in Windows client versions through TTU16.20.
And per current policy, TTU16.20 will be supported for queries against Teradata database versions 14.10 through the next two database versions after 16.20 (though there is a possibility that upgrading TTU might be necessary to use some new features).
