Having successful Querygrid connectivity test but a failed or never returning bandwidth test?

Where should I look to find the reason why some Teradata nodes have a successful Querygrid connectivity test but a failed or never returning bandwidth test?

Re: Having successful Querygrid connectivity test but a failed or never returning bandwidth test?

Compare logs from the good nodes versus the bad nodes. Look for the logs under:

# /var/opt/teradata/tdqg

Also under fabric, you can increase verbosity with Viewpoint and the QGM portlet:

# /var/opt/teradata/tdqg/fabric
