user returned from the system as null

user returned from the system as null

I've run into a frustrating situation in Teradata Studio 16.0.  Whenever I try to view the properties on a user database I get this message:

 

"User, xxxxxx, returned from the system as null. The Database list is out of synch.  Refresh the Databases folder in the Navigation View"

 

No matter what I try to refresh the databases folder, I get the same message.  This used to work a few days ago and I don't know what has happened.

 

Can anyone give me some help with this?

I guess logged on user does not have privileage on the user which he is trying to open.

Could you please grant all on user to logged on user and try to open the user form

Sigh....

You are right.  Even though I was logged in as an administrative user, I wasn't logged in as the right administrative user.  I am somewhat new to Teradata and am not used to all the nuances.
