I am trying to load a target TABLE having an IDENTITY column as an UPI from another table. I am using INSERT/SELECT in a DDL operator however I am getting the following error
DDL_OPERATOR2: Rows Inserted: 1500000
DDL_OPERATOR2: RDBMS Warning: 5860 Values targeted at the Identity Column are replaced by system-generated numbers.
DDL_OPERATOR2: TPT10507: CLI Error 306: CLI2: BADPARCEL(306): Invalid parcel received.
DDL_OPERATOR2: disconnecting sessions
DDL_OPERATOR2: Total processor time used = '0.03 Second(s)'
DDL_OPERATOR2: Start : Tue Jan 31 03:18:19 2012
DDL_OPERATOR2: End : Tue Jan 31 03:18:31 2012
Job step STEP2 terminated (status 12)
Job root terminated (status 12)
NOTE : The rows are getting inserted in the table successfully though. Can anyone shed light on this TPT behavior?
The INSERT/SELECT runs fine in SQL assistant. Also I am able to load tables which do not have an IDENTITY column just fine with the same code.
I met with the exact same problem earlier today. I was using TPT (TTU 13.10) to load data into a TD14.0 database.
Once I upgraded to TPT (TTU 14.0) the error changed into just a warning and subsequent TPT steps were executed without any problems.
