New installs of Teradata Tools - in SQL Asst, we can't open macros, procs, or functions in DB Explor

It happens in all schemas.  Opening tables/views works fine.  I can also do a show proc or show macro and manually see the code but the DB Explorer won't open the trees for those objects.  It displays the 'Cannot find Column -1' error in the status bar.  Any ideas?  Here's the output from the SQLAError.text file...
