Unlocking user in AppCenter.

  1. What specification exists about user log in AppCenter? How long does it take to unlock the user when the user has locked In AppCenter? When was it implemented this specification? How can we unlock except time being? Are there any reason for access lock except invalid password input?

  • This is an expected behavior for locking out users after continuous failed login attempts. There is a `failure reset time` until which the account will be temporarily disabled. After `failure reset time` is reached all failures are wiped clean, then user should be able to login with their right credentials. This is a keycloak feature that was implemented in 1.6 release. Currently If user has `3 failed attempts`, he will be locked out for `10 mins`.
