Query Band tab in Query Monitor Detail View

The Query Band tab in the Query Monitor Detail View is grayed-out. What activates this tab? Which underlying table(s) store the Query Band attribute?

This tab appears only when a query band is included in the query. A query band is included in a query through either a "Set Session" or "Set Transaction" statement. This can be done manually or automatically within applications, if the application owner has implemented the feature.
