Are you a Teradata employee having trouble logging into the Community?

If you are a Teradata employee who is on LAN (meaning in a Teradata office w/ your pc plugged into the network, in a Teradata  office connected to employee wireless, or virtual connected through NetworkConnnect or Junos Pulse employee VPN) you will NOT have to provide any credentials to login to the Community  Once you reach the community.teradata.com site and click the “login”  link, you will be logged in via SSO and not required to type in any credentials. 

 

If you are a Teradata employee and are off LAN (this includes wireless guest networks in a Teradata facility or any other internet connection) you  log in with your Teradata email address and Teradata LAN password. 

 

Any issues with logins should be directed to the corporate HelpDesk.
